Introducing sendou ink tournament tiering system. Providing information what level of play tournament features for competitors and spectators. Each tournament has now a rank ranging from X, S+, S... all the way to C.

Hello everyone, After many months, I have decided it is time for me to retire from staffing. The truth is- I have been unhappy for a very long time. I have stayed out of a sense of duty, to give back to the community that I feel in large part saved my life after covid. I believe my debt is paid. There have been many times I have thought about stepping away, times I hit send. Times where people knew what it was, that I was just hurting so much, but I still cared so much and had so much to give. That’s what I would say, each time. This year was different. It was more personal, more violent, and had greater consequences on my health- mentally and physically. Now is just the time. It’s been time. I’m doing this for me. When people ask, I’ve always told them I am a competitor first. Someone has told me many times that one day, I would need to make a choice. Truthfully, I made it a long time ago. I just want to play splatoon. I want to love the game.I want to focus on the people I cherish. I want to not be too stressed out to play splatoon. I want to make content, I want to compete, I want to commentate- There are so many moments of JOY that I want to experience with this game! I want to not have to worry. About my safety. My husband. About you. I hope you understand, and that this makes sense. This has been on my mind for a very long time. Please, don’t DM me. If we are currently working on something- we will finish it. After that, no more. My DMs are for personal contact only. I will be there if needed, for advising, archiving, helping new TOs, or whomever picks up my torch. But I am no longer staff. I will never vote for Gavin Newsom anyone who thinks trans people are actual humans will follow suit.
When this happened, there was so much panic behind the scenes that never saw the public eye. Many TOs no longer felt safe running their events, knowing that there was intentional harm done to try and attack the SSC, that does all of its volunteer work to help in keeping the scene safer, and TOs.
Unfortunately, Bluesky is unavailable in Mississippi right now, due to a new state law that requires age verification for all users.
While intended for child safety, we think this law poses broader challenges & creates significant barriers that limit free speech & harm smaller platforms like ours.
