Wondering if we'll ever get an ALAN Resuscitation or ALAN Romcom shirt as well. ;)
Man, I get the snow hate. I've lived in Northern NY my whole life. Still may move to Canada mind you...
Looks like fun. Who are you playing?

@comicstitan.bsky.social Not sure if you still have the license, but it'd be awesome to see a series of Alien Legion omnis.
Any chance we might see a new comic starring Invincible in the near future? Maybe a mini or something?
I've always been a bit surprised we don't see more cross-overs with the Image Heroes.
Got it for the holiday from the Missus and am about half way through it. Interesting insights, and an informative history of the system.
If you need to get a hold of me, or want to chat, hit me up on FB Messenger. I'm under the same name there.
Folks, I think it's time to slow down a bit on socials for me. Between a few large projects and just needing time, I think I'll be visiting a bit less in 2026. Not taking off entirely, just giving myself more breathing room.
Completely agree. Characters like Boba Fett and Wolverine were better without having every iota of their backgrounds being revealed. Even the Jaster Mereel origin of Fett was better than what we got in the movies.
Looks like I may have to fight some crime in 2026.
Now if we could get an omnibus of his old series, that would be great.
New recruit for the Alpha Flight shelf.
...about comics, or character builds, or movies that inspired us. I remember chatting about music that helped inspire my music tastes, or chatting about Superman, who I really didn't care for then, and now ready fairly regularly. It was truly an amazing time.
...original villains and ones from a book or comic universe. The module F.O.R.C.E. for V&V played heavily in that campaign, while Project Prometheus started a major rivalry in the DC Heroes campaign.
And the best part was, because we were friends and gamers, we spent some sessions just BSing...
...because we played almost everything we could get our hands on. But our core superhero games were Marvel Superheroes, DC Heroes, Champions, and Villains and Vigilantes. Sometimes we'd play modules, other times (most of the time, honestly) we'd make our own adventures that would have a mix of...
...with many taking on power archetypes, as well as hero archetypes. To have someone playing a brooding crimefighter wasn't unheard of (and was often what I played), while another may play the distracted gadgeteer, or the almost psychotic loner with a deadly power. The system didn't matter much...
...pre-made heroes for games like Marvel Superheroes, or DC Heroes. But usually we made our own heroes that often melded together as a motely group of heroes with different motivations and abilities. Most of our superhero groups followed a formula akin to the Justice League or Avengers...
...pretty through the week, gaming sometimes 3-4 times in a weekend. A few of us even gamed during the week after dinner. We played a wide variety of games, but many of them were superhero or comic book inspired campaigns that would eventually crossover. Sometimes, for fun, we'd play...
Today has me reminiscing about gaming in the '80s with a handful of friends I had in high school (many of which are still friends today).
There was something amazing about gaming in the '80s, and I think much of it had to do with my core gaming group. There was usually 5-8 of us that gathered...
I could probably pick a few more TBH. Oh... Torg. Broken Compass. Numenera.
I just want to play everything...

I, for one, welcome our new pop overlords.
Happy Turkey Day, Folks! May your meal be tasty, your company good, and your day relaxing. For those not celebrating, Happy Thursday, and may your day be good.
So I've been converting several of my characters from one game to another for inevitable publishing. Over the last few months I believe I've converted over maybe a quarter of the characters (I have well over 200 to work on), and just finished an unexpectedly complex one. Time for a victory lap. ;)
** I still think the LSH should have it's own sub-line of books in the DCU. Breaking the huge team into smaller groups that work within the LSH structure makes sense to me, and could be marketed into their own books. Imagine a Legion: Titans comic with a team fashioned on the Titans' legacy.
