Despite demonstrably having gotten things done today, I definitely feel like I have gotten nothing done today.
Those are the only important things clearly.
I spent Rosh Hashanah morning looking out my temple window at a tree that was that shade on top and still green at the bottom, against a perfectly blue sky. I didn't take a picture (cause I couldn't) but I have a mental picture.

This morning's origami: first 12 attempts at the wireframe unit from Tomoko Fuse's Origami Polyhedra book. Easy to fold, but I have in no way mastered the assembly (you can see how loose it is in the photo).
Having a mobility scooter has DEFINITELY improved my quality of life. It's annoying as heck to cart around... but I have agency and freedom and don't constantly need a buddy.
I really hate that this happened and wish it hadn't. Kind of hate the lawmaker's response of "gee sorry he was traumatized but it makes everyone else safer; we tried to prevent this from happening but shrug"
But then how will they be able to harass people?? 🤦🏻♀️
