2番目までの検索結果のprefetchからさらなる展開として、eagerness optionでホバー時にprefetchするようにしたい（ホバー時になのでリソースが無駄になる確率は何も考えないよりは低い）

Privacyについて
- private prefetch proxyを使ってIPアドレスを匿名化
- referrer_policyをstrict originに
- Cookieを付与せずにfetchするので、Cookieがあったらfetch結果は破棄

Cookieがあるときはassetはすでにfetchされてキャッシュされてるはすなのである程度早い。PerformanceよりもPrivacyとAccuracyを優先している。
