I have some tips for you..
Find 2 or 3 moots, then come back here after 2 minutes. Go back to X, like and repost 2 or 3 posts, then just scroll. Wait another 2 minutes before posting or replying. Wait again for 2 minutes after. Just follow that routine.
That's what I do.
