nothing wrong with people who like to write wols or even write their wol with other wols, im just content writing side characters that might occasionally react to whatever John Meteor is doing

for me, it severely limits the pool of characters i could include in on my oc's life especially if it's other wols. everyone has varying takes on the events that transpired in the msq via their wols backstories so it's much easier to write characters completely removed from the msq time bubble

are you talking about the waymarks for split arena? i think both mean the same thing, you go to the northern corners if you end up north and southern corners for south (both of which would be further from the boss and "out") and adjust based on where the half arena cleave is
