There were four plane crashes around the world in the last days of December.

An Azerbaijan Airlines AZAL plane was attacked by the Russian air force en route to Grozny and denied landing in Russia. The pilots heroically diverted to Kazakhstan, where the plane crash-landed. Tragically, the pilot and many passengers died, but 36 survived. Thanks to the heroes!
