Unfortunately, I made the mistake of emptying the drive's bin because I really didn't think it was linked to my desktop... I have also tried their "restoring to a previous date" feature, but to no success. Thank you very much for the link though, Kody!

They do have such a service, but somehow it only restores the folders but not the files (at least for me)... I have contacted their support, but I'm not really optimistic.

Thankfully my lettering files are backed up in Dropbox, but all my personal files were automatically synced with OneDrive (for reasons I don't know because I never agreed to that, I guess it's native to Windows 11). I'm pretty bummed right now.

So, today I've learnt that if you delete a file from OneDrive, it also deletes it from your computer with no chance of recovering it.
In other news, I lost half the files on my computer.
