I just remembered once when I was looking for a rental home, the lady gave a tour of the house. We go to one room & she says, “Oh that’s Johnny. He’s easy, doesn’t need much.” Dude was laid up in a medical bed hooked up to IVs and machines. WTF?!? She was renting out a house with an invalid in it.
