This change means shared labour, more support, and way more shared knowledge. It leaves 28 potential positions open for members to step up and lead. We're a member-run union, and our future is truly in our own hands.

From now on, every Office Bearer role in the union can be held by two people. And in any shared role, one of them must be a woman or gender-diverse person. This is a direct move to tackle burnout and push back against the patriarchy we see everywhere else.
