It is primarily B2C but could also be used by companies or organizations if needed in some capacity. Thanks for the advice for the book, I will use my audible credit on that one.

I noticed y'all updated the spreadsheet in workflows. Previously I could update the sheet that I wanted to use without losing the column data, but after one of the updates I do lose the column data now which is really unfortunate.
