we literally cannot explain why we grabbed the pan we just pulled it out of the oven we had no good reason for grabbing the pan and yet we grabbed the pan

good news update is that it looked (and felt) a lot worse at night than it does now it seems mostly constrained to the thumb and one other finger where most of the pressure was. still sucks but we'll be alright

god it really has been basically 4 years since we first had that bad string of panic attacks that kickstarted this all. happy anniversary! 🎉
