The only thing that sucks is that golden gate park is like going through a mystical forest to get.

Itโs even better than the old location at the Palace of Fine Arts. Itโs more accessible to mass transit, has outdoor as well as indoor exhibits, and more room to grow. Itโs a must see for young and old, and itโs engaging enough to turn science-phobics into science-philics.
Exploratorium is truly an amazing place. Went on a field trip as a kid, hard to forget.

Interesting article about stimulant replacement therapy, similar to medications for opioid use disorders. Prescribing ADHD meds is one option and has been successful in Canada. #harmreduction #addiction #stimulants

This always made sense to me.
Honestly, my I woke up feeling shitty, and this is exactly what I need. Thank you.
No, it is not that simple. No need to sweep antisemitism under the rug.
My story for @medscape.com looks at the rise in stimulant-only use and associated increase in OD deaths from methamphetamine and cocaine alone.

Hope the battle for LA is a good party I guess.
@brian-goldstone.bsky.social the praise for this book in the front pages has me excited.
Hope you get a chance to stop through LA and speak.
puppet government neo-colonialism is better than regime change now. Back in style I guess.
AFAIK the "increase of sick notes" they describe is in line with what studies say about the actual cost of mental illness vs physical illness. Mental is just extremely undercounted and catching up to normalization as if it is equal to physical illness. Do these doctors deny physical sick notes?
So LA mayor primary is 3 months away. Is Raman gonna be able to pass Spencer Pratt and take Bass on in runoff?

We're here for you, it's what we do.
It's ok my husband is 35 and he didn't know who she is either.
I agree, they're bending over backwards to make her seem good. Shame on the author and editor of this article.
NEW: Hundreds of mental health professionals have left the Department of Veterans Affairs since President Donald Trump took office, leaving staff โat a breaking pointโ and some veterans waiting as long as six months for help.
Yeah I tried that feature at the end of 2024 and it was the same, I bet it's better but I didn't feel like it was ever going to reach its goals.
I'd say SURJ squares it by reasoning that to be an anti-racist one has to learn they are acting in racist ways and overcome them, because we live in a deeply racist society. So people have to make choices based on what's available. I personally appreciate you not taking your foot out of his ass ๐คฃ
That's disturbing. I hope he has learned something since 2013. There's so much commentary around this candidate, I appreciate you bringing the SURJ angle because I didn't see that.
I am sorry to all my co-workers who I pestered but I promise it's important.
Feel free to put my name down as a reference
Lots of people working there who are "pivoting" so you'd find a community in some way I'm sure, plus, we're starting a separate local and need all the help from people who know how union stuff works as possible
Get glasses if you are on medi-cal and think you can't afford it. There's also some dental benefits AFAIK.
Aquatics aides (office and light pool work) and lifeguards hiring for summer. If you can swim and learn, it's not too bad. And we're unionizing ๐ช www.governmentjobs.com/careers/weho
