I'm not trying to discourage you from getting the surgery either so I'm sorry if it come across that way !!

This is just one of the surgeries I've had with the least desirable outcome because it legit just made no difference for me and some other ppl I've spoken
to about it had similar thoughts

the effect of reduction was just so minimal for me it really wasn't even worth the time and energy spent on recovery.
Something important to note was my surgeon told me my adams apple was extremely prominent which meant there wasn't as much they could do for it. (which seems ironic to me)

ngl tracheal shave was the most useless surgery in my experience
