Also, in my feed here there's plenty of posts by people I do not follow. Is there a way to hide those and see only who I follow? Going to settings to check but if anyone has a ready answer...

Ok, I believe I have found and 'followed back' everyone so far. I joined here because my more liberal pals were on here and have heard it's pretty much fascist-free. Dare I feel hopeful? ;)
