9 years ago these two young ladies were in year 9 participating in a programme I was running. Today as young women they returned to be mentors for the current year 9 students on the same programme!

Great day at St Andrews playing at the home of golf yesterday but need to get back home and into my routine of running and swimming in the morning to keep Parkinson’s at bay
