Some more progress on designing for TP700C enclosure.
Gemini CLI's chat pane shows up on the left on VSCode. I often want to navigate between files while keeping the chat window, and is quite cumbersome.
Beautiful hand-crafted SVG icons, by the makers of Tailwind CSS. MIT license. Looks very nice.

Thanks! Vee seems like the one - I'll check the voltage range of this. It could be on the mother board side, or could be on the panel.
From a lower angle, I can see it little better, but still hard to read. The polarizer looks okay, so something to do with the LCD circuitry?
The issue is the liquid crystal side. I can barely see the characters.
Zeos Notebook 386 - The LCD panel's CFFL was fine. I can see the light.
Yeah, the rubber belt is stiffen and not quite conveying the power to the gears below. How I can find a replacement....?

Microsoft basic version 1.0 on EPSON PX-4 from 1985. #retrocomputing
EPSON PX-4 still works! Make sure the AC adaptor's polarity. It's center-negative.
It's always very difficult to identify which connector is used in an old board. I was closely looking at it, and realized that there was something. It turned out that it says "HRS". I believe this was Hirose's DF13A-15P-1.25H.
I was able to restore IBM ThinkPad 760CD! It has full 64MB RAM with a nice TFT 800x600 screen! #thinkpad #retrocomputing

X68000 mother board has a shield cover. The white screws are for itself. The yellow screws are to tie it down to the chassis.
Reassemble the X68000 ACE HD. Starting from the bottom board. #x68000 #retrocomputer
I thought CLK is always consistent, but I've observed some gap every 35.6Hz (every 28msec). Interesting. #x68000
My X68000 is not booting up. However, the CPU seems to be successfully bootstrapping.
Some more progress.
The OTI054 chip used in a Zeos notebook was a part of Oak Horizon chipset.
These 3-leg components are marked as TDK 222, FL045,etc. on the board. - EMI filters / feedthrough capacitors (2200pF?)
working on a new part.
Some tracing done.
