I really didn't expect the Master Collection release of MGS1 to become the best version of the game but here we are. Vectors are more accurate and PGXP correction is better. Yes even better than Duckstation.

Only things holding this port back now is widescreen, and better texture filtering options.

Also there is significantly less polygon warping, even less so than emulating, texture filtering looks better on MC too it has less seams. But most importantly you can change the confirm button. Huzzah! With auto disc swapping and button prompt config this is damn close to the best to play MGS1.

I've been messing around the MGS1 in the Master Collection after yesterday's update and it seems to me that they made more changes than the have mentioned in the changelog. When setting the res at high or max the main menu uses a higher quality assets, fonts do as well.

3D Pinball: Space Cadet (1995)

Been having a blast with the Banjo Kazooie recomp at 180 fps. Runs perfect aside from not having the draw distance of the 360 version. Then it would be truly ideal.
