Mako in their dragon form, looking down at himself with a mildly concerned expression. He's got a massive, night floor touching belly, and he's got an overall "pear shape" to him that leave him wondering how to deal with the shorter leg/extra wide stance combo.
Once I got done with the earlier piece, it had set in just how hard this sorta cartoony pear shape has latched into my psyche.
It's incredibly fun shading like this and giving volume to the whole piece rn.
Poor Mako's has to deal with my bs though, guess you're waddling now, buddy!

Did a funny thing involving @lavulpa.bsky.social for the funny month! The derg form is more strongly attuned to funny magic stuff, so he doesn't have a set-in-stone height!
Sometimes a big dragon needs to be a big dragon treated with nose pets, and Ark seems happy to provide! :)
