Definitely spider mites. MY NEMESIS. I use a mix of neem oil, isopropyl alcohol, distilled water and dish liquid to clean the leaves and stems.
I also remove the superficial layer of soil…and wipe down the surrounding surfaces bc they hide out and reinfest 😩😩😩
