I went in for a physical and they did the normal tests and found out my cholesterol is a tad high. 200 😬. So not great. Considering my brother is going in for surgery, they decided to do a heart calcium score scan on me.

I got: 0 🤩

I'm good, but still making the life changes etc...

My eldest brother is having open heart surgery sometime soon. His widow maker valve is 100% occluded. As some of you know, I lost my nephew and another brother to aortic dissections and a sister to a stroke. Mind you we are not dealing with elderly here. My nephew was in his early thirties.
