I think there's also a sort of "making up for lost opportunities" part to it as well like a "surely something of this much worth makes up for denying myself being stuffed to the gills" sort of thing.

With the exception of maybe March and Gale, they're all pretty separate! Each tend to focus on different tones, timeperiods or settings, so they don't really line up for my "goals"/types of stories that I want to explore with each character

I think Jam seeing other Royals being fat, happy, and gluttonous would infuriate her endlessly. She'd see it as them brazenly indulging in everything she feels she cannot have, and throwing it all in her face. She'd probably double-down on her limits and act like the only "proper" royal in the room

She would for SURE love to see Sapphire get bigger. As for how big, it's hard to say, but I tend to envision the kink shenanigans for their world being fairly realistic in terms of size and scope.

I wouldn't think so! She's got no interest in gaining herself, and broadly, wants to stay trim for cheer. She's just super into all that extra that Sapphire's rocking

She's quite odd, and receptive to most anything. Many have realized they can just hand her food, and she'll eat itregardless of type or quantity. How far one can push it?

And I think it works best if there's not an upper limit! She's more of a faye, so she can always just DO what she's meant to do.

Honestly, my pie-in-the-sky aspirations for all my characters pretty much boil down to LONGER comics! I love working on them, and I feel like a long-term comic would be a challenge that would really engage me.

Probably rubies! That smooth, glossy surface of large gems are probably kingly to her. She doesn't even have to swallow, once they're in the throat gravity just makes them slip right down

Honestly, I think the most direct inspiration may have been the background characters in Little Nemo? I loved the Ghibli adaptation when I was younger, and that sort of fantasy parade-like whimsy was something I've rarely seen nowadays, and I thought it would be fun to tap into

She's skinny everywhere but her rear and thighs! The corset one was more directly after some eating- normally weight doesn't stick on her anywhere but down below

I feel like outfits sort of come in from all over the place! Usually I stumble into them when designing a character, with a cascade of realizing an article I drew them with fits an archetype, then subsequently adding more pieces that follow that theme

Could be Gale, depending on what the universe is subjecting her to that day

But probably most consistently either Floss or Lili! Floss has that sort of soft down front on her leggins, and Lili's got the fuzz
