Finally, while I’m sharing current enthusiasms even though no one asked me to do so, Mank (Gary Oldman) is a great and (#trump) very timely movie currently netflixable. You should watch it. For a couple of hours. In black and white. Without looking at your phone. I double-dare you.

To put my enthusiasm in context, my home district is red and voted red by a good margin. I was happy to help (along with my co-workers) to make sure every person that wanted to vote got to do so, every ballot was accounted for, and election observers were educated about the process.

I was an election worker for the first time today, in the Virginia special election. This is a great way to spend a day: highly recommended. Meet many more of your neighbors! Work in the trenches with people from other parties! Give stickers to voters and their kids! Do a great public service!!

The media blackout of Jared Kushner’s historic, ongoing corruption scandal As Trump's son-in-law returns to Pakistan for more talks with Iran, major news outlets are largely ignoring an egregious conflict of interest.

What we already know about Jared Kushner is infinitely worse, from any possible angle, than anything we ever learned about Hunter Biden. And yet the media is completely ignoring it.

Open corruption is tolerated from one of the two parties. But only one.

Hedge funds think they can make a killing on Trump tariff refunds Financiers in London, New York and beyond eye big paydays as cash-strapped firms sell refunds at a discount.

And because everything is a grift, hedge funds and trump relatives already scored, by buying tarriff refund futures at pennies on the dollar, before the SC decision. share.google/1tTY5zGbmeTK...

For the Monday crowd: please circulate this widely.

It may be hard to find the perfect candidate (an experienced data engineer/architect generalist with an interest in cultural heritage willing to take a state salary), but it's a great group/mission/city and we know the right person is out there.

I would endorse candidates who propose to restrict the use of two-stroke gas engines in residential areas to one day a week. Otherwise, electric.
