SMYC Stream on the 27th of March, 2026. At 7pm EST the text writes that there will be a preamble with the zine creator Viper Menace, alongside Orokothe, Jeonzarias and potentially more! Below at 8pm EST the stream will begin with Gartic Phone minigames. Then at 9pm EST we'll have a magma art session with several of the artists on the zine project. Finally at 10pm EST will be the Viewer Character Submissions! Viewers who back the Kickstarter can make doodle requests! Plus at the end, chat has us make an oc. At the bottom of the page is a chibi of the robot Thorn with the logo of the zine.

Tomorrow we'll be holding an art stream in the evening! Join us for some silly robot art as we power through the final night of the Kickstarter!

In the Hinterlands sits a group of three people surrounding a small fire. One slightly old man stands away in the background practicing spells. The woman on the left sits relaxed, warming up by the fire. In the middle is a man mixing perfumer bottles for upcoming fights. On the right is a young woman stretching her arms and wings as her tangled horns curl up towards the night sky. Golden leaves dance in the air to signal a great bounty ahead.

Growing up in cities, I remember the warm toned light-polluted nights by heart so that kinda bled into the image HAH (the only saved sketch i have of the final is blurred out :( srry )

Concepts for this art page!

Going into this zine I was intending to use a more masculine-leaning robot OC, but then I realized there were not many feminine-leaning OC's so I decided on my OC, Delta, to have a wider range of character designs in this zine! <3

The 4th image is a small color pass, as the zine already had a set palette of dark grays, purples and blues, it was mainly a puzzle piece to find out which color went where!
It was Viper who decided on a liquid metal background and i think it came out fantastic!

First 2 images are sketched ideas for mainly the front (as the back was always meant to be complimentary to the front) - it was made ideal to make the character obscured and androgynous as the zine features a spectrum of robot OCs with differing gender-identities :)

I was given the opportunity to make SYMC's cover and back for the digital zine, as well as it being physical merch that can be preordered now on the kickstarter!

Ive been learning how to use CSP a lil bit more too! the UI is customizable, you can pretty much close out most things besides your brushes, color wheel and layers!
