I keep forgetting to update this thing.

Went to town, to the bank to sort out my online banking. Came home, tried to log in, it didn't work. Back to town on Monday to try again :-(

Back from a great week at CONtingency in Hunstanton.

The people at the swimming pool refer to Dan and I as "the lovely couple" :-)

Went for my asthma check-up to find that the app hadn't registered my appointment. Have made a new appointment for 6th Feb.

Saw the nurse yesterday for a weigh-in. I'm fat and need to do more and eat less. Can't do more because of the fibro, can't eat less because being hungry makes me miserable.
Have another appointment today, this time for my asthma check-up.

Binged the final season of The Expanse. Very good.
