Answer 3: I am uncomfortable leaving my pitch up after the event is done.
Answer 2: I would be okay leaving my pitch up after the event as long as I can request that it be removed at any time.
Answer 1: I would like the option of leaving my pitch up for the year after the event.
And feel free to share any other comments or concerns in this thread. Thanks!
Hello @everyone, we will have big news soon, but before that we need your feedback. An editor has asked if we could archive the pitches for a year after the pitch event. Some of you might be uncomfortable with that and others might like it, so please "like" the comment below that best fits you.
Artists! I am looking for a Jewish illustrator for a middle-grade project focusing on Jewish history, practice, and culture. If your style feels fun, MG-appropriate, and both editorial & narrative, please drop a link or DM! (And editor & agent friends, if you have someone to rec, it's appreciated!)

We're not affiliated with #KCU or #Pitchfest, but we share the same goal of connecting creators to agents and editors. There's still a few more days to enter Pitchfest. kidscomicsunite.com/kcu-pitchfest/
The pitches are coming down Monday, Nov. 10, so get the information you need by noon EDT. #KidLitGN
Just a few more days to find collaborators at #KidLitGN:
Don't forget about the collaboration opportunity at #KidLitGN. GN creators, find a critique group or collaborators. Reply to the comments of people looking for collaborators and/or ask for your own. kidlitgn.com/2025/10/30/c...
The 2025 #KidLitGN pitch event is over. The KidLitGN team has spent hours of their own time and resources to create and sustain this event, and we'd like you to meet them, plus get info about a continued opportunity for GN creators on our website. See this article: wp.me/pcVwAl-1FD
#KidLitGN 's 2025 pitch event is done. GN creators, the pitches will stay up over to weekend so you can collect any info you need. If you want to participate in our collaboration event, leave your pitches up and read the following for info on how to participate:

Today is the last day! GN creators, check out our post about collaboration opportunities. #KidLitGN #pitch
If you are not interested in this opportunity, use the edit feature of your pitch, then delete the text of your pitch and write "remove". We'll delete it on Monday, giving you a chance to collect any replies from agents or editors over the weekend.
We'll leave these up for a week starting next Monday, so take the weekend to add your replies. Then scroll through and look for potential collaborators yourselves. You don't have to have entered the pitch event to do this.
You can also specify what kind of collaboration relationship you are after, e.g. "looking for someone who's flexible, good with humor, faces, animals," etc.
You can also ask for critique partners, e.g. "looking for GN critique partners for early/chapter books and middle grade," etc.
#KidLitGN 's pitch event officially ends tomorrow, however, we want to offer you all a chance to network and possibly find a collaborator. Reply to your current pitch saying something like, "open to collaboration," then specify what you are looking for, e.g. illustrator, letterer, colorist, etc.
#KidLitGN News Flash. Even though our pitch event ends tomorrow, GN creators have another opportunity. We're all about collaboration, so if you're interested in using your pitches to find a collaborator, check out this article: kidlitgn.com/2025/10/30/c...
We've had 48 requests! #agents and #editors, you've got one more day to select pitches at kidlitgn.com/submission-d...
