Getting over 40 staples pulled was not fun, but I'm gonna have some gnarly new scars. I'm in an air boot and on some kick ass pain meds. 4 more weeks and I can start walking on my leg again! I can't wait. I'm going shack whacky!!! 😵💫

Surgery was a success. I have 2 plates, 8-9 screws, and a shit ton of staples in my ankle. No weight on it for 6 to 8 weeks. ☹️ The pain is pretty intense, but this too shall past.
