They look very similar from the stills etc. From what I'm reading Pleasure Kill had more sex/sleaze and less body horror. So if you like fucked up body horror stuff, I definitely recommend Splatter.

I'm trying to find this film I watched a while back but I can't remember the name. It's a japanese film about doctor/scientist and her son in highschool who is weirdo scientist, he injects his mother's patients with something and then weird surreal bodyhorror things happen. Any leads??

Just finished reading through this comic this morning and it is so incredibly fantastic. There's about 120 pages, so just keep going trough eh quotes I can't recommend it enough. Instant follow from this.
