In light of recent acquisitions announcements (inc. @gen-dimova.bsky.social and @davegoodman.bsky.social !) we thought now would be a good time to remind you of our Solaris authors starter pack, where you can find all of the wonderful authors who have made it over to the Blue Side all in one place!
An AI slop image showing the '12 steps to masterful game directing", including 'Connectiarg' and 'Porkon Cows'
People over on Facebook/YouTube/elsewhere on bluesky/reality have been mocking this, but these are all totally genuine and highly advanced GMing techniques pioneered in obscure corners of indie rpg design in the early 2000s.
Let's go through them one by one and learn together.
I unironically love this. Well done maximalism is a thing of beauty.
A social media graphic advertising Event Horizon Rides to Dundee, a night of fantastical readings, poetry and storytelling from 7:30-9pm on April 23rd at Stenecki Coffee in Dundee. There is a background of a purple and blue tree on a pinkish hill, with a bright purple sky.

A man and woman stand on a staircase with autumnal leaves everywhere. The man is wearing an approximately Regency-era outfit. The woman is dressed as a maid.
Four young women in the background, one standing in front looking at us over her shoulder. She is wearing glasses. Everybody is dressed in Regency-era dresses.

It's These Familiar Walls day! If you want a creepy book that will pull the rug out from under you and give you nightmares (not to mention make you suspicious of mirrors forever) then you need a copy NOW!!!
Love it, well done.

This is amazing! Is that an original song?
Some polling data from a Lord Ashcroft poll that shows voting intention for the next UK General Election to be Greens 21.4%, Reform 20.9%, Conservatives 20.5%, Labour 17%, and Liberal Democrats 9.2%.
A picture of Bernie Sanders, with the text "I am once again asking Labour to ditch FPTP before the next General Election."
This is all very nice to see but it's not enough, not yet. The best way to prevent an extreme right wing government from taking a wrecking ball to our country, Trump-style, is still to reform our antiquated voting system BEFORE the next General Election.
