Hi Charlie - sorry to hear the session format didn’t work for you. We are doing a range of engagement - inc full day deliberative sessions with staff in the new year. I would encourage staff to submit their in-depth experiences thru the change.nhs portal. And local events are happening too

we’ll be publishing the working group members next week. On staff engagement, staff can feed into website. We are currently in middle of 15 on-line events - 4000 staff registered. And full day staff deliberation in all 7 regions in the new year.Also engagement via WGs, roundtables & local events

I think the government has gone about this in the wrong way. No case to legislate so quickly. (if the govt thinks there is potentially a case for change). Much better to set up a review (Royal Commission even), debate the options with the public and then construct a package
