“Orange marmalade” already implies “citrus marmalade” because if you have double digits IQ you know an orange is indeed a citrus fruit.

So on a shelf you could have lime marmalade and strawberry marmalade next to each other and most adults will know whether the one they pick is citrus or not

Our town doesn’t have any video stores these days, but charity shops are full of DVDs and even Blurays! Supporting a good cause, actually owning the media and keeping money out of the mitts of Big Streaming feels good 😎

This is the time of year my bank tells me my morning Toffee Latte is the reason I’ll never pay off my mortgage. Why do I pay them for this?

One of VSCodes most annoying defaults is how the explorer automatically jumps around to whatever tab you click on. Found how to stop this so Explorer stays exactly how you leave it!

File > Preferences > Settings
Search for “explorer.autoreveal”
Set to false
Enjoy the new found control ☺️

Is this your dev setup? I haven’t played much with WSL, I’ve been in love with vscode remote server for too long 🥲

I don’t think I’m particularly anxious day to day and there’s not a moment that goes by when I don’t find that very worrisome.
