They’re one of those things i’ve never tried and didn’t want to throw the egg whites.

Just a little bit chewy so perfect 😋

And they don’t taste too bad. Definitely one to do again.

4 meringues that were just placed on a piece of grease proof to cook. They are still on top of the grease proof, which is on top of a cooling rack. Behind them is an orange pumpkin in the right hand corner, and the wall paint is Swans Beak orange.

Had leftover egg whites after making hollandaise. Was inspired to have a go at meringues as Raymond Blanc was on TV making them at lunchtime. Not too bad for first attempt 😊
