I'm seeing a lot of discourse around "The UC questline is the real main quest" and yeah, I don't get it (as fun as the UC questline is). Not that it's the best main story, but I actually enjoyed it, even/especially the Unity.
I didn't expect it at all in my first playthrough and it haunted every single NG+ I went through because I was trying to make up for failing Sarah pre-Unity. Not sure how I'm going to handle it on this one, I just exited the game cause I don't wanna deal with that tonight :'D
I was replaying Starfield for the new updaters, and I got to That Point of the story. I have the mod to choose what happens to whom, but realized I had no clue what I preferred.
Sarah just volunteered to stay on the Eye and I am mortified. She did the same in my first run through.
Attended a super fun talk/post-talk dinner and now I am dealing with the realization that:

My recollection is that in explaining the whole plot of TRC they end up touching on some of the broader plot of CCS/Holic. CCS is somewhat hinted at already in the Tokyo Revelations when CCS Sakura appears to TRC Sakura. Iirc the Shunraiki episodes/chapters also cover a lot of it!
I need to re-read TRC but if I recall, the missing ending sort of explains a lot more about Yuko/Sakura, no? I'm also starting to read the Cardcaptor manga since I saw in the Clow Reed page that apparently it had a lot more about him? And so far the manga is indeed pretty different.
The Cardcaptor episode where Touya sacrifices his magic to save Yukito is def one of my favorite moments of the show :')
Also seeing King Touya fighting the grunts at the temple + Priest Yukito casting badass cross-dimension magic in TRC fulfilled a need I didn't realize I had hahaha

I got myself the Soel and Larg (white and black Mokona) children's book, and it has a little bit on the relationship between Yuuko and Clow, since they're the creators of Mokona Modoki, and I agree. I was actually reading up on Clow the other day lol!
