Today, Lord Coaker visited Plymouth to confirm a £50 million bespoke growth deal for our city. From the National Centre for Marine Autonomy to this new investment, this Labour Government is delivering on its promise to back Devonport and our Dockyard.

Hundreds of Afghan ex-special forces members given path to UK resettlement On Thursday, ministers announced decisions affecting 884 ex-soldiers from two elite units, known as the ‘Triples’, had been overturned.

Today I published the results of the Triples Review.

In Opposition I pressed the then Tory-run MOD to look again at the applications from Afghan special forces.

Today the Prime Minister has confirmed he has authorised UK armed forces to take action against Russian shadow fleet vessels to turn the screw on the funding for Putin’s illegal war in Ukraine.
