For everyone who's written a popular non-fiction (not academic) book, what are your thoughts on endnotes? I'm seeing a pretty even mix of notes vs. just bibliographies. Is there a standard? Will I get ostracised for giving an extensive bibliography without notes?

Congrats!! For me, a second monitor is a must! Helps with tech neck and really good to have slack and email, etc. somewhere separate so it doesn't interfere with what you're doing
