During this clowns first administration I went to Cuba twice. Things were not nearly as insane as it is today.

Finally filed my taxes. Whew Lord.

I purchased a bottle from a Black woman owned company a few weeks ago and I really want to try it.

This morning my acupuncturist told me that I looked healthy.

Lol I found that to be very interesting. Almost 30 days of no wine/alcohol, eating fast food/restaurants, and red meat.

I'm thinking about seeing how long I can keep this going.

My favorite part is when she said she didn't watch the 11 minute video because it was too long.

A Black woman I know reached out to me to tell me that we should let white people use the Germany example if it helps them understand.

I told her she can do that if she wants to - I will not. I'll gladly remind and put up a mirror to these folks. Idgaf about making shit easy for them to digest.
