My colleague gave me an air fryer for free so what should I make with it ???

Cauli hash brown, scrambled egg, cottage cheese and some grated Red Leicester. Hot water w ginger honey and lemon as well as some cranberry juice .

Quorn mince and kidney bean chilli w sole rice , lettuce, lime and pickled cauliflower . Drink is cranberry and bitter lemon .

Cheese, egg, tomato on a flatbread w some mustard, kewpie and rocket.

Thought I managed to escape the flu this season but I have been MISTAKEN.
