Well it depends on the behavior they do and how long ago it was. LoT I don’t believe has changed any of their behavior and Bluesky seems to agree. A private business can set rules for people to come to their store and refuse to serve customers as long as it doesn’t violate equal protection.

It’s a private company so they set the rules for their platform. If someone has a history of a behavior the private company doesn’t have to allow them on to do said bad behavior.
