3 vehicles in a driveway - all Ohio-made
The rumors of the Failblazer's death have been greatly exaggerated. No damage to the structure, so I popped a junkyard door on and it will live on for now.
Pictured - my fleet is now majority Ohio-built! A '25 Accord Hybrid has been added to serve as my daily, alongside the '25 Wrangler and '06 TB.
It was a hard hit. The left side tires had been right along the grass line.
We will see how it turns out...
Is the end of the legendary #failblazer?
Looks like a drunk plowed into my 18-years-owned '06 Trailblazer around midnight in my driveway and then left.
I've taken some of my best photos in random Ohio soy fields...

Ford explorer with Ohio license plate saying HOLDS 16
In the context of the ID.Buzzkill recall recently, I have to wonder how Ford gets away with this.
YES
In gold.
Maybe encourage the dealers to sell gold-plating for the badges, too.
Needs more NAWWWWWWSSSSS.
And another pedal.
Hey, 169(nice) hp would've been awesome in 1987.
Nope.
Toyota.
It isn't even eight am and I've already seen a release hitting all the cliched buzzwords.
I'm talking:
BOLD
DYNAMISM
ATHLETICISM
Needs more discussion of the other auto-adjacent Cake hit, Short Skirt/Long Jacket, and whether trading an MG for a white Chrysler LeBaron is worth it just to get a cupholder armrest.
pontiac grand prix steering wheel with a lot of buttons
Imagine this, but with an airbag behind it.
..or a perfect showcase for my burgeoning grandfather clock restoration business.
As an owner of a conventional-roofed GMT360 (the '06 Failblazer) for nearly two decades, this looks remarkably appealing.
Been away from this place for a while, but wandered back just in time for the greatest 'couch fucker kills pontiff' takes.
Just when you think that the internet was the worst thing ever created, you get moments of synergy like this.
There has never been a more Ohio State fan behavior than killing the Pope to distract from the fact that you broke your alma mater's national championship trophy
Iโd probably lose the will to keep going if I met Vance in person too.
Imagine breaking the college football national championship trophy and killing the Pope in the same week.

That is SO emblematic of that neighborhood, I'm afraid.
Columbus Disgrace headline showing active shooter at Muskingum University, but naming the wrong city
Google maps showing distance between Zanesville and New Concord
Muskingum University is in New Concord, Ohio - 20 miles from Zanesville.
This is why people outside big cities think that the media doesn't care about them - because they don't care to get the details right.
I'd tell the Columbus Dispatch to do better, but they've proven time and again they can't.
If you're not familiar with the Columbus area, this Tesla store is in a weird suburban mall area that has *never* seen a protest of this size
Woke up to an email rejecting me from a job that I'm highly qualified for.
It was sent at 12:30am this morning, meaning either my app was auto-scanned and rejected or someone in HR hates me so much they couldn't sleep.
Great way to kick off the week.
walmart.com screenshot with price of wiper blade broken down in unit price per inch
I generally try to avoid shopping Walmart for all kinds of reasons..but we need wiper blades for a leased Jeep that will go back in just over a month. Hard to justify parts store prices.
That Walmart breaks down wiper unit prices *by the inch* like lumber or produce, however, is amusing.
Ooooh.
One of the best sounding exhaust notes, especially when opened up.
Thoroughly meh color helps keep it under the radar, too.
