As someone with a spouse on an ILR visa we went through years to get, I'd vote for anyone to keep Reform out of power. However, Labour are sounding more and more like they'd happily force my family out of the country to keep Reform out of power.

I tend not to write often (as this is only my 2nd blog in 5 years will attest) but this has been rolling around in my head for a while:

And we all know what bandwagon that disingenuous vote grubber would have jumped on in 1989 too

Just spent the club ownership segment on the morning's @footballramble.bsky.social mailbox waiting for Luke to say the price of everything, value of nothing, anticipation was killing me. Excellent points and well worth a listen. Great show as always lads πŸ‘

100% I'd love to have the confidence Ibou could pick up the mantle there, but can't trust his fitness. There's noise around that lad from Ajax, but I'm none the wiser on what he's actually like πŸ˜‚

Drop off in Quansah is a worry too.

I'd love to know how Arne Slot gets his head to shine like that, it's majestic. Whereas on my best day I look like a peeled potato with googly eyes stuck on. Honestly I'd settle for Slot's shine over me hair back.

4743: University of Blarthon. Doctor Toyota sighs: 'Yes, I know everything you were taught in first year about what Christians believed is hard to reconcile with this. Just go with it, okay?'

Deepseek is strange. I asked about the student uprising in China, an explanation popped up, seconds later vanished replaced by it's beyond its current scope talk about something else. Same on Taiwan. A question on Kwangju however was answered in detail and remained. Censorship in real time.πŸ€”

After 12 years, my work bag has finally given up the ghost. It was pricey, but in terms of daily use for over a decade, probably the best value item I've ever bought. Farewell old friend.

I tried the original one for the first time last night and was genuinely surprised. Will give that one a go next. Thanks for the tip!

He's not played in Cardiff since 2010 and that was for the first time in 35 years. Can you please stop supporting people who treat Wales so badly.

I quite often find coverage of South Korea in this country a little clichΓ©d or wince inducing, but the @thenewsagents.com coverage and interview about the events of this week was spot on! Well done @jonsopel1.bsky.social @emilymaitlis.bsky.social @lewisgoodall.com great work!

Part of the reason I fell in love with Korea was its history of the people overcoming every challenge and hardship that came their way. The events of the past 12 hours only reiterate that. An amazing country, an amazing history and most importantly amazing people.

100%, its so important. I've always worked in faith schools in economically challenged areas. The celebration of Christmas for us is really important, but it's always a delicate line with the commercial and gift side of it all.

1 year ago 2 0 0 0

Definitely agree with that, if you're using it or indeed anything else Christmas related to manage behavior, then for me, it's seriously out of line.

Ultimately, a teacher knows their class. If it's going to bring a bit of cheer and excitement, then crack on. If it's not going to or your hearts not in it enough to really make it fun for them, don't.
