And yet inexplicably every single chaos agent has yet to invoke the 25th amendment.

Bamboo, too, but put in a barrier so it won’t over grow in your yard. 100% that looks like a spite fence.

To be honest, Corsi-Rosenthal boxes are so economical to make and can be a great team building exercise as well as a great class project for science regarding molecule size as well as fungi, bacteria, virus. Great learning opportunity PLUS it keeps a class room safe.

Today we replaced the 1st hepa uv air filter we bought in 2020–the one I dutifully kept at my desk, turned on 24/7 until I retired in July 2020. We have others in the house, but finally replaced this one which served me so well. I highly recommend everyone gets one. 🦠🦠🦠

Perhaps it might be useful to either silence notifications or perhaps block everyone for the day. It’ll stop the texts, and if there is something important and they call, you can check your blocked voicemail folder when you feel like it. I have done this with some measure of success.

Very sorry for your loss. My relationship w/mom was unnecessarily complicated, and her death during the shutdown of 2020 robbed me of any possible resolution, but in hindsight, no amount of time would have changed things. It still feels like a pebble in my shoe on a long hike.

As is my annual tradition, I listen to my mom’s last voicemail to me, informing me #covid19 was detected at her nursing home. Her birthday was 3/1, and death day 5/4. But 4/9 hits me different than either of the other 2 dates. 🦠🦠🦠

Protip: For those who miss Blockbuster, go visit your local thrift stores to scope out their dvd selections. Oftentimes they charge about $2 per dvd (ymmv), and if you decide after watching the movie you don’t want to keep it, you can donate it back to the thrift store.
