Don’t forget that none of them, bar a tiny number of 100yos and older, fought in WW2. All fantasists under that age.
So getting state pension which, all together now, is a benefit.
He really is asking for a massive comeuppance.
@tariqashkanani.bsky.social I just read The Night watcher in one daylong gulp - wonderful! As good as James Oswald and that’s saying something.
If I was one of those Daleks, I’d be thinking here, what’s this about a new race of Daleks? What happens to us then? Always the flaw in Davros’s rants.
You are loved too, Henry xx
That’s dementia.
Intelligent and undemented people. His dementia has visibly progressed in the last week.
But visibly worse over the last week.
I don’t think he’s in control of his mind enough for that now.
100%.
I don’t think he can. He is in advanced dementia, has only got there in the last few days, and has lost inhibitions, which means even he can’t control what he says any more. He must surely be removed by the 25th now.
He is now in advanced dementia and declining fast.
Standard dementia- gaps in the memory filled in by fantasy which the patient believes in, along with loss of inhibitions so even they can’t control what they say any more. It will only get worse now.
It seems pretty clear that he’s fallen off a cliff in the last few days, and that’s losing his inhibitions. Which means even he can’t control, what he says any more. I don’t see how the US can let that continue.
Only while a person with advanced dementia is in charge. And that can’t continue, surely. He’s fallen off the cliff in the last few days. His inhibitions have gone and that means *he*can’t contro what he says any more. Can’t have that.
I would hve thought she’s thrown away her chance to lead by humiliating herself like that. If she’ll do that, what else would she do?
It’s Trump’s complete inability to work out when he’s making a total tit of himself and being laughed at by the other 7 billion people on earth that intrigues me. Most ppl have a “they’re laughing at me” detector. Not him.
Tim Montgomerie? As an arbiter of morality in politics? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The weirdest thing about Americans is how many of them think their laws apply to every person in the world.
But they're certain other countries' laws don't apply to them.
If you’re very selective sales can be good - I bought calendars half price as always. There are a few things I never pay full price for - eg coffee, mushrooms, calendars!
Mine is to block, instantly, people on social media I see being cruel, nasty, malicious etc. It’s not funny or clever and I don’t want to see it. So why should I When I can block them?
@keepfits.bsky.social hello Henry! Xxx
Asperger’s, but it’s not called that nowadays and we desperately need new terminology to distinguish the two.
It took me three seconds to Google it. It’s another name for classic autism, which is not much like Asperger’s
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classic...
And I agree that parents can be a positive hindrance when they don’t try to impose any limits. My son’s whole education has been about helping him to fit in with the world as well as possible, not to divorce him farther from it, as far as possible. He’s done well but is still profoundly disabled.
And that it’s a VERY different affair from something that some ppl actually call a gift. Kanner’s is not something I’d wish on anyone.
Yes, but MY point is that there are two very distinct types of autism, over and above the “they’re all different” cliche, and that very few ppl are familiar with profound/Kanner’s autism. All I try to do is remind ppl who have only heard of or met ppl with Asperger’s, as was, that Kanner’s exists.
