As far as the studies go, yeah, but I feel like it can't hurt. I had a violent dream recently and went to Tetris and it felt like it helped after about 10 minutes of play. I don't think there's a lot of long-term studies or studies looking at CPTSD so we're winging it out here

I have a pro-Black and pro-woman and pro-Black-woman bias because of my experiences and what I know about their achievements and how much I trust them to be level-headed leaders. Calling that racist feels pretty silly. They've earned my trust and respect

Black women have less representation in government and typically have to work much harder to achieve the things white men achieve. The types of backgrounds Black women come from make me respect and trust them more than other groups. It's not strictly because of their race but rather their experience
