Cops should never be referred to Restorative Justice. When they do anything wrong/illegal while carrying out their duties, it it is an abuse of high level power.
And SIRT doing this, is another example that they exist to protect cops.
SIRT already has the reputation as existing to protect cops - cops investigating cops. Well here they have proven just that.
1. Pretend you care about the people .2. Listen to the people where no one else is present/in secret. 3.Cherry pick what feedback works for you. 4. Present cherrypicked feedback as the voice of the people.
