It's 91 degrees outside, so naturally, as instilled by my mother, I had to make soup.

One of the easiest ways to get my kid to eat some veggies and protein. Cheesy egg muffins.

Super simple too. Just beat the eggs (add salt and pepper), microwave the frozen broccoli until it softens, add eggs 3/4 per cup, top with cheese, bake for about 10-15mins (check them periodically).

Friend recommended I try a Mississippi pot roast with chicken thighs. It's pretty dang good!

He recommended it as a dip with cream cheese, but I switched it up and added sour cream and onions as well to add as a nacho topper.

Tomatoes for freshness and color.

Nope! It was a bit of water, it's own rendered fat, a bit of vinegar, a bit of Worcestershire, a bit of squeezed orange. I was debating on adding a bit of coke, but ended up not. I should have to test it though. I know one of the most famous places in California does it.

Kind of. I've never heard of one with only cheese. Though I guess the more I think of it, yeah this is the middle ground of a quesadilla and a flauta lol

TIL I can make a personal pizza in my air fryer if I use a small pie dish.

I need to work on my crust game though. Was too dense and lacked a crunchy bottom.

I think I should have cooked the dough alone most of the way, then added sauce and cheese.

If you copy and paste using the Samsung keyboard it picks it up. So really, it confirms the emoji being categorized as a different ID between keyboards I guess.

Oh it still works on my Samsung. You can swap between digital keyboards.

I'll have to make a post and copy the emoji from a previous post to test. Will try that next time.

I can confirm that it matters which keyboard emoji is used. Repeated the issue 3 times lol. It doesn't work with Samsung emojis.

Sorry, both. I noticed they got no interactions, so I went through the feed and could never find the post.

That's interesting. I had 3 posts that got no attention from the feed.

On 2 I did the Gboard emoji and those got picked up, on the 3rd it was the Samsung emoji, which is the same one, but that didn't get picked up.

That's clever. I've always wanted to get good at pizza but I can't seem to get the dough right. Too bready. Bottom never gets that crispy crust either. Gonna try these ideas next time. Do you have any good dough recipes you recommend?

I wonder if it matters what type of keyboard is used. I used to use the Google one but recently swapped to Samsung. That would be odd. I tested adding as a comment!
