The problem is, military spending plummeted after the Cold War ended in 1991 and flat-lined after 2010, while Russia and especially China have ramped up their defense spending.
Euro NATO nations to increase ours because Cold War 2 already began with Ukraine, and the US is unreliable.

Something worth considering... with the US becoming an unreliable partner, European govts could encourage defense companies to create more partnerships to give us a greater defense industry than the US, bringing jobs.
