Also very weird... like.. I've been using mastodon for ~3 years as my main social media network, and ... 90% of my timeline are trans people meow-ing at each other^
I mean your experience can vary on other instances, but its possible to switch to another.
and any instance with bad people can get de-federated by your instance admins. I agree that Mastodon (or the Fediverse in general) is different compared to other networks but,... just scrolling trough bluesky and i'm somewhat confused about what people write here about it 😅
sorry for interrupting, but ... i've been using mastodon as my main social media network for ~3 years and I've never seen anything like that. Not saying that this can't happen. But like from my experience most instances are run by queer people (especially trans people), 1/2
