IRISH GUACAMOLE 🇮🇪

1. Wash and peel 6-8 large potatoes.
2. Cut potatoes in quarters and boil until tender, about 20 min.
3. Strain water from potatoes and add two teaspoons of salt, one cup of whole milk and 3-4 tablespoons of butter.
