It turns out that their robot vacuum had bumped into things and now the buttons on the back of their TV were coming in contact intermittently with another piece of furniture. They said they felt like they were going insane because they couldn’t figure out what was going on.
My neighbors on the other side of the duplex just asked me if we got a new TV remote because something was interfering with their television, as if buttons were being pressed when they were not pressing any buttons.
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but there is absolutely nothing stopping you from referring to the act of filling your birdfeeders as “recharging the cat TV”
