If so, when that happens to me, moving helps. I’ll go walk or run & blast a song that makes me feel something. (Anything. It doesn’t matter) You’re trying to slightly dissociate into the exercise & feel your feelings & knock the thoughts loose

Instagram is pushing reels forward in its algorithm. Photos don’t get many views. That said, you could just make your photos into reels by putting music over them and letting it play for like 30 seconds

Tiktok is good to sell books if you write romance, “romantasy” and sometimes upmarket/book club books. I can see it going more broadly fantasy in a few years, as the women crave dragons and not just broody men - but I think it’s fine to skip it
